Capacity requires obedience not feelings. It has nothing to do with what happened yesterday, or the day before or three months ago. It has everything to do with your ability to both acknowledge and accept. Whether good or bad, your yes continues to remain the same. Whether you feel like it or you don’t, your yes still remains the same. Enlarging yourself beyond measures you even thought was capable of achieving. A daily stretch that requires many deep inhales and exhales. I have found myself taking deep breaths more lately in the midst of a lot of sudden changes. Even in the many shifts I am feeling and experiencing, I would like to believe that with every breath and with every push I take with each step, space and room is created for expansion both internally and externally. Lately the internal growth has been pressing on me like an annoying bug. I can feel the change and in all honesty sometimes it makes me a little uneasy. My stomach feels like its making summersault’s over and over again with each new branch that begins to grow another leg and a greater reach.
I think sometimes in the midst of it all we forget that there is in fact a reach we are all attached too. Whether big or small there is someone out there who is waiting to hear a voice like ours. Waiting to discover what has never been done before. An innovation that trail blazes coast and clears pathways of new thinking and ways of being in this big world we all live in on earth. Pushing past me at times is the hardest thing to do. Its a fight that I know on the other side has a release that is worth the reward. But the process and steps leading up to it take so much out of you once you finally begin to emerge yourself into it. Sometimes it feels like you are floating all together. Right about now I am pretty sure I think I am in that phase of running away from it all and just throwing in the towel. The fuel is steaming pretty low right about now. But, yet still here I am writing to you again for Week #20 even though it feels like I really don’t have much else to say or give. But, right when I am beginning to rethink everything because my far sight can’t seem to find its way past the unknown I am reminded in a small still voice, “Capacity requires obedience, not your feelings.” Its as simple as that. It has nothing to do with you, but everything to do with your yes and your strive to be always. A true test of resilience and consistency that doesn’t just happen once. It is on a never ending cycle that you just have to keep saying yes to every time.
I know it all seems pretty tiring and drawn out but guess what my friends it is all apart of the stretch. One that you cant really get away from because either way you are going to feel it whether its in a negative or positive way. Two outcomes determined by one choice.
Which one will you choose my friends?
The clock is ticking….
