You know when you just know that you know that you know….and then all of a sudden there is such a peace that rests over you. Well that my friends, is what I like to call a knowing. But before any of this can happen there first needs to be a revealing of truth. Whether its exactly what we want to hear or not. Truth is the gateway to your knowing. Along with it your acceptance of however truth has presented itself. Whether it be in the ending of a friendship which can sometimes feel like your heart has been ran over by a huge truck. Or the positivity that is found in what you knew to be true already to be later confirmed. Either outcome if we learn to accept this fully without offense then that door of truth opens you up to a whole new world where your knowing and understanding meet in harmony.
A synchronous rhythm that blends and loops always in tune with one another as it flows. An agreement. Lets take a second and imagine ourselves as two half notes. For my musical friends and viewers you know exactly what I am talking about, and for those who don’t it has a stem and a little circle at the end like a lowercase d. So here we are as these half notes and we are being strung with a bow on our viola (the cousin to the violin). As each note is being played we begin our dance going up and down with each passing appregio. Sooner or later we begin to not even think about the next note and before we know it we enter into the zone. This is where harmony resides and thrives endlessly. A place of freedom of expression, where all your worries and concerns begin to slowly fade away and all thats left is just the flow of you in harmony. Ok, so lets pause for a second…take a deep breath. I know you probably never knew that being in sync like this could be so calming. Well guess what this is exactly how you can live your life every day.
I know it seems pretty unattainable right, but I am here to tell you today that it is more than possible. Meeting harmony is available but seeking and finding truth has got to be there first. Asking those necessary questions when we find ourselves in these quiet moments and having that internal reflection is so vital. Awareness in these places helps truth to find an easy place to reside. Part of the characteristics of truth is being aware. Keeping your sense on and heightened when lies may try to come and and tell you what you cannot be and what will never happen. If we already have a space for truth we can fight it off with our knowing, and speak positively over any negative thing that may try to come and destroy what has already been proven to be both successful and reachable.
A knowing is our talk back. It is our invisible weapon many may think has no effect but it does. It is our responsibility to keep it sharpened with the things we are digesting. If everything is healthy then our knowing will reflect that and we will speak truth. But if what we digest isn’t, then our strong and firm stance will begin to weaken and succumb under pressure. Having a knowing will fight the battle for us before we even thought to throw our first blow. It takes you out of the fight and keeps you in truth where no resistance should be found or detected because we have accepted. I hope you are seeing how all of this is now beginning to connect in its threading. It is very much giving a soul train line. First we see truth, then we make that pivotal choice to accept, leading to a knowing, and concluding in a rest. But don’t be mistaken once we rest it does not mean all of the work has ceased. Even after it is all said and done and we have an understanding now of the order, we then have to make sure we maintain all that we are implementing. Whew…I don’t know about you but this for sure is a lot to take in, but have no fear your faith is here (and not me faith lol) but your faith inside of you that we all posses. Allow it to keep your belief at an all time high for what you know will be. As my flyest and dopest Bishop teaches us all the time, “ When theres a knowing there is a resting.”
So come on in and get cozy with me as we rest in what we know and move on in the strategies of our maintenance.
Until Next Time,
Forever in Faith. Forever in Motion.
