Created Ability…

The definition of ability is: Possession of the means or skill to do something. Talent, skill or proficiency in a particular area.

When I read this definition I started to think about so much, I am going to try my best to break it down for y’all without getting ahead of myself.

Alright, so before we get to anything about ability I actually need to take a pause first and start to speak to you about who and what you are created as. This part many of us sometimes skip over. It is the most important step we need to take in order to obtain a complete understanding not just for a moment but a lifetime. When we miss or forget to keep reminding ourselves of who we are created as, we fall into the divers pool of options. Too many options without a sound decision leaves you subconsciously in a never ending circle that has no period attached to the end of the sentence. We cannot lose that period in the midst of a world where there are so many commas, additions, multiplication and questions. All of these are examples of options  we can choose to go into. Sure, they are paths of discovery. But the amount of time it would take to weigh out the different scenarios robs us from finding the one path we know to lead us to a sure stop or the period I talked about earlier.

There is an insurmountable reassurance that comes when you have an understanding embedded within the inner parts of what makes up who you are. At no point do I ever want you to think that this question is something left to be discovered for years to come. Or that a certain amount of trauma is required first before you are able to answer this question. Anyone who told you that was apart of the list of the different options in paths you can choose to go in. Know that you can understand who you are created as and who you are created to be at an early age. In fact it is always available but you just have to have the right fishing pole and bait out for it to attach itself to your hook.

From knowing who we are created as then will we truly understand our ability. Lets take a moment to trace back to the definition of ability. It is the, “POSSESSION of the means or skill to do something. Talent, skill, or proficiency in a particular area.” I capitalized possession because it is important that this word stands out to you. In order for there to be any sort of possession it is an indication of something that is already taking up occupancy. That means in each and every one of us who we are created as and to be has already taken up space and residency. Where we fall short in is acknowledging number one that it is there, and then number two, doing something about it.

We all have a created ability, but even with that it can take us but only so far. Why you may ask? Well, tune in for next weeks blog post to find out more!
