It has been way too long, I know! But after a lot of contemplation, prayer and a deep conviction by way of my best friend up there I know within the deepest place of my heart that the vision of Steps in Faith. Steps in Motion must continue to prevail no matter what. Let me tell you, this harsh reality that everything God gave to you does not belong to you is so real. We truly do not own a thing. As shocking and rather uncomfortable as this can be at times, it is a hard truth I have had to come to terms with and accept without anymore hesitation. For so long I was being tossed to and fro between coming all the way into it and just getting my feet wet. But something about this year of 2025 I literally have no other choice but to dive in. If I don’t then who will?
Everything God has put inside of you is attached to someone. Whether it is a vision, a dream, an idea or a witty invention. All of it comes from God and when you understand how kind he has been to even allow your hands, mind, heart and brain to begin to execute what he has placed in you respect and honor truly reaches another height. God trusts you with responsibility, He also trusts you with weight. Every seed he places inside of you is weighty and requires months, years, minutes, or even seconds to be brought into fruition. We serve a God that is time so at any point the turntable can shift and you just have to be ready for however it may come. This readiness has everything to do with your heart. How engaged in your heart are you to him? Questions like these will get your mind and thoughts rolling on a deep path of internal reflection. It will also reveal the severity of your unashamed and bold yes to everything he has put inside of you. The longer you delay this action the further you lay between promise and seed form. How can you eat of the fruit and drink of the wine if nothing has sprouted from what’s been rooted inside of you before you entered into your mothers womb?
I have been on this fence between promise and seed form for quite some years now and let me tell you something, this place takes a lot out of you. It takes energy to believe for the promise but not fully grasp the one that gave it to you in the first place. It takes energy to have faith for it but not in the God who never changes no matter the outcome. It takes energy to have trust for it but not in the God who tells you to lean not unto your own understanding but in all your ways acknowledge him and he will direct your path. It’s very easy to have the adrenaline for it but what happens when the vision starts to slow down in speed, or what you have sowed into it begins to either fall apart or look like everything has come to a stand still. This is when a reality check hits you hard across the face and you are reminded that none of it is yours. Who you are doing it for is what matters most, not the outcome. By default when you understand who it is for the outcome will generate whatever it is supposed to simultaneously. It will process through seed, harvest and time a guaranteed cycle written from the beginning that will yield production. All of this is written in his word it just always need a ear to hear.
Attaching your ears to the word requires a full and total yes. Once you hear it an invisible weight of responsibility is placed on you to become it. At this point two options arise: embrace or forfeit. Gods investment in you will not stop coming up as a consistent reminder to you of what he has placed down on the inside. He upholds his part of the deal with daily and consistent conversation concerning his thoughts. Every time he reminds you, nudges you, shows you, speaks through someone, these are all indications of his active dialogue. But the question is when will you fully engage in it? When will you give him all of you so your life can begin to come into alignment with the blueprint?
I encourage you to dive all the way in. Every day becomes filled with intention even when you can’t see it all in plain sight right way remember God instructs you to write the vision and make it plain. He will add in all the detail, know how, and how to’s. Just go all the way in and remember who it is for. No matter how many times you have to rehearse this or remind yourself keep this frame at the forefront my friends because the time truly is now.
