In a world full of endless transactions we can easily get caught up in monotonous swiping. Whether it’s at our local coffee shop or my favorite Whole Foods/Trader Joes run. I mean truly who could have known that a simple task like going to a grocery store would bring so much joy, not sure if anyone can relate but it definitely adds some extra sunshine to my life as I hope it does for you too.
So whether it’s at your favorite store or not at some point we swipe our card to pay for a certain item. Now when we make this transaction it can either appreciate or depreciate. Hopefully the more transactions you make they come with increase but so far in my years of living there have only been one transaction that has remained consistent and that is when I choose to do anything by faith.
You see the beautiful thing about faith is that it is not predicated on what you may have seen clearly or not. Faith is in fact the substance of things hoped for and is the evidence of things that have not yet been seen. What continuously remains inside of faith is a deep substance. There is a depth located in Faith that will forever reveal where your anchors are placed. Life can often feel like this huge ship that is riding the waves of the water but Faith is what allows us to be that hook to keep us rooted and grounded for the journey ahead.
If life has been trying to discourage you know that faith can be your anchor.
If life has been telling you that you are not going to make it let faith be your anchor.
If the waves of whatever storm you may be in or about to face has intimidated you let faith be how you fight back.
Your faith has a significant and very distinct voice. Take a moment today to explore what that may look like for you along the journey.
Full transparency with you all everyday I have to actively be intentional about my faith. It is so easy to get distracted and fall into places of worry and doubt. The pressure of this world can begin to overwhelm and over take you but I want to encourage you to keep swiping up.
Everyday you make the choice to settle even more into what your faith is saying it is a significant swipe up.
Anything done by faith will always be a swipe up no matter the environment, circumstance or situation. There are unlimited benefits one can reap. Whether it is a huge milestone/jump in belief, hope, joy or another depth of understanding all of it gets granted here.
