Expected End

Recently, I was on the plane heading to my next tour stop of the year, and I was just thinking out loud. Well, more so to God since I’ve learned it’s way better when you think with him, everything is clearer, and things start making sense.

As I was taking time to ponder through just some things on my mind, I heard God, clear as day, interrupt me and say, ” Why is it that when I start putting the desire in you for good things that I want you to expect to see you choose not to. Man, oh man, did that make me stop going in circles altogether. I immediately said, ” You know what God you are, so right.

Now, anyone who knows me understands that anytime I get an enlightenment or something becomes illuminated in a way I have never experienced before, I am running to pray as soon as I get enough quiet time. I’ve learned throughout my walk in life not to take those moments for granted ever. I have observed them to be the upgrade levels in life that we can sometimes overlook due to passivity or familiarity. But whenever my best friend interrupts me, it’s all ears!

In that moment, I really couldn’t deny that, as small as that delicate whisper was in the midst of my thoughts, it was a weighty one. Any time an interrupted change in perspective happens in my life, I know it’s God’s way of preparing me for what he desires for me to have. And that, my friends, is the most beautiful thing I could ever treasure.

God challenged me in the most delicate whisper to swipe up again, but in a new way. To not question what he shows me, even when I may think I’ll be ok without it. All things, I am sure, he is very much aware of, but in that moment, he wanted to show me a scene of what he desires for me and what I will both see and experience.

Have there ever been moments in your life where a scene played out in your head, and it’s one you’ve been through plenty of times before? But what if you started seeing something new? Would you run away from it or embrace it? Would you be willing to even recognize it as something impactful and worth investing in?

Whatever the scene may be, I encourage you to look at it differently. There may be a thread of light waiting to show you the expected end, so keep swiping up, faith transactions always win!

I love y’all, swipe up today!

Until Next Time
